3. Turn off the lights. When you sleep, make your bedroom dark enough. Dark atmosphere is important in order to achieve quality sleep a night. Turn off the lights, and close all windows tightly closed so the light from outside does not penetrate into your bedroom.Because you can wake up just because the street lights or even moonlight. If you need a little light, use a nightlight or lamp whose light can be adjusted to be more soft or dim.
